项目概况 Introduction
本项目属于欧盟教育、视听及文化执行署(EACEA)的高等教育学科建设“伊拉斯谟+”(Erasmus+)项目中创新合作与良好实践的交流分类下的能力建设项目。2017年该项目由意大利佛罗伦萨大学（UNIFI）牵头，四川大学（SCU）、同济大学（TJU）、华东理工大学(ECUST)以及德国罗斯托克大学（UROS）、瑞典Mälardalen大学（MDH）、欧洲研究和创新中心（CESIE）七所在生物质能领域具有较高影响力的高等教育机构申报并获批。2018年1月31日-2月3日，在意大利佛罗伦萨大学召开第一次项目启动会，中国驻意大利总领事出席此启动会并致辞祝贺。
项目的内容为：在中国的同济大学、四川大学和华东理工大学建立一个基于创新教学和电子学习工具的生物基经济（从生物质到能源和生物产品）国际硕士课程计划。课程内容为交叉学科内容，涉及化学、生物化学、环境科学、生态学、工程、农业、林业、经济和环境保护等。通过项目实施促进中国高等教育机构的学生与定点企事业单位及国际化的交流，建设电子学习平台，并开展中方相关师资和学生到欧盟的交流活动。
BBChina project is a capacity-building project under the classification of cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices in the higher education discipline construction "Erasmus +" project of the European education, audiovisual and cultural Executive Agency (EACEA). In 2017, University of Florence, Sichuan University, Tongji University, East China University of Technology, University of Rostock, Mälardalen University and European Center of Studies and Initiatives, the seven institutions of higher education with high influence in the field of biomass energy, have participated into the project. From January 31 to February 3, 2018, the project kick-off meeting was held at the University of Florence, Italy. The Chinese Consul General in Italy attended the kick-off meeting and delivered congratulations.
The content of the project is to establish an international master's program in bio-based economy (from biomass to energy and biological products) based on innovative teaching and e-learning tools in Tongji University (TJU), Sichuan University (SCU) and East China University of Technology (ECUST). The program contents are interdisciplinary, involving chemistry, biochemistry, environmental science, ecology, engineering, agriculture, forestry, economy and environmental protection. Through the implementation of the project, promote the exchange between students of Chinese higher education institutions and designated enterprises and institutions and internationalization, build an e-learning platform, and carry out the exchange activities of relevant Chinese teachers and students to the EU.
